GOAL: PREVENTION OF CRIMES AGAINST THE CHURCH AND ITS LEADERSHIP. BEING PREPARED IN THE EVENT A CRIME DOES OCCUR.


Develop a safety conscious mindset of all staff members and safety team.
 Develop and train an IN-HOUSE safety team.
 Perform an assessment of the property and it special needs and challenges.
 Evaluate the current safety program.
 Develop and present a custom safety plan.
Establish a usable incident response plan.
 Protect the principle leadership.
 Secure all children’s departments.
 Secure church finances.
 Develop a plan of evacuation and/or lockdown.
 Training in the use of non-lethal, less lethal, and lethal defense devices.
 How to respond in the event of a defensive action.
 Learn what to say / not to say in a post incident investigation / interrogation.
 Perform mock drills to practice new safety team skills and policies.
 Training of new (add on) safety team members as needed in the future.
 Purchase and put in place tactical gear and supplies.
 Each class will be taught by a team of instructors, one of which will be on our corporate board of advisors. Each advisor has more than 20 years of experience in training in the use of non lethal, less lethal and lethal protective devices including pepper spray and tasers. Each are experienced instructors in various fields ( law enforcement, state prisons , S.W.A.T., hostage negotiation teams and synagogues security in 35 states.
 
Average training time: 25 – 30 Hours.
